| INTRODUCTION |
As part of restructuring of the African Commission of Health and Human Rights Promoters-Ghana (CAPSDH), the organization has now merged with its sister organization called Dawn of Hope and the two now worked under the umbrella of Alliance for Human Rights and Development Advocates-Ghana (AHRDA)
Obviously the issue of human rights since 1948 has become a global concern. According to the Universal Declaration of the UN “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment” Our organization seeks to adhere to the fundamental principles of human rights in all areas of life and make sure that governments in Africa respect and safeguard all the necessary human rights issues of their citizens. Indeed human rights issues are very broad and cover health, education economic, politics, law and among others. |
